I thrive on building relationships with residents and business owners, and I take pride in crafting stories that reflect the heart of the community.

Aside from writing, I work as the Membership Lead at the YMCA, where I support members through meaningful conversations, program referrals, and a commitment to creating a welcoming space for all. My professional background spans publishing, education, nonprofit leadership, and digital ministry. I’ve taught technical editing, developed curriculum for international students, built volunteer teams, and helped raise more than $80,000 for Communities in Schools through martial arts fundraising efforts.
