Possibilities are everywhere. You just need to know where to look.

.

Sometimes, a good friend can help you unlock opportunities in your life that you hadn’t seen before. I remember last summer I went to Mount Rainier for an afternoon of hiking with a friend. I had been feeling bogged down and out of sorts, and when I told her about it, she offered me her perspective and a piece of advice.

.

When I heard her advice, it sounded so simple, and it was something I had known all along but didn’t want to explore on my own. It felt new when she offered it to me, and I took it.

.

Suddenly, I was free. I was able to create more time and space in my life to work through some critical life-giving projects, which gave me more energy. I am grateful for that friend, that day in nature, and the results of taking her advice. Life is full of possibilities!
